As a hospitality aide at Myron Stratton Home, I provide quality care and service to the residents and guests of the facility. I assist with daily tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and dining, and ensure that the environment is safe, comfortable, and welcoming. I also communicate effectively with the staff, residents, and visitors, and handle any issues or requests with professionalism and courtesy.I am pursuing an associate's degree in hospitality administration/management at Pikes Peak State College, where I am acquiring the knowledge and skills to advance my career and become a successful hospitality manager. I am also fluent in Spanish, which gives me an edge in serving diverse and multicultural customers. My goal is to leverage my education and experience to contribute to the growth and success of the hospitality sector.
