Liaising with staff to ensure all students were entered for the correct GCSE and A levels exams. Making invigilation timetables, ensuring all the examination regulations were strictly adhered to. Identifying the students who required extra time etc or who needed to be isolated due to exam clashes. Collating and sending examination papers to exam boards. Ensuring results days went smoothly.

Travelled to Hong Kong on a number of occasions to recruit students. Also attended a number of UK recruitment events. Responsible for the organisation of attending these events, including travel and equipment.Had responsibility for the pastoral care of a number of students, both local and boarding. Helping them to achieve their best and liaising with parents as and when necessary.
