Under her leadership, SkillsHive has trained over 3000 blue-collar workers, and connected them to sustainable income opportunities, thus fostering economic inclusion and growth. With a B.Sc(Ed) in Economics from the University of Abuja and certifications in entrepreneurship, social impact, and digital transformation, Dorcas combines over 10 years of experience in community development, business administration, technology, partnerships and social impact to create sustainable solutions for underserved communities. She has also partnered with Portfolio 9 and other platforms to support and promote African entrepreneurs thus reaching over 50,000 individuals.
