She was also the head of the tax division at Simba & Simba Advocates.Wamaitha has acted for a broad spectrum of international and local clients where she has strategized and made significant tax savings in sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, oil and gas, tax law issues including disputes, advice and due diligences, to mention a few.
