I am the point of contact for employee HR queries, provide support to employees by ensuring that any query they might have is resolved in a timely and efficient manner. I scan, file and maintain employee file in our HR folder using Citrix (Microsoft Dynamics Nav Classic) and ensure these are collated and store in a security bin according to data protection regulation. I work with external suppliers and their representatives to resolve any query (invoice queries). I support internal auditors to ensure audit processes are complete. Show less
