• Project Lead for implementation of the Federal ICD-10 mandate. I maintained BSCA project team and department schedules, was an active participated in project meetings and reported weekly project, issues and resolutions status to the executive staff and stirring committee. I completed data analysis of Actuary tables. Performed NetworX/Facets conversions and conversion testing. Insured rate sheets were audited locked and broadcasting completed. I also contributed in the development and testing of ICD10 conversion programs and internal software conversion tools. I created training guidelines, trained project staff and rolled out training to department staff.• Project Lead for Blue Shield DRG Program: Assisted in project development for Network Management and implementation of DRG contracts within NetworX/Facets software. Provided the research, development, configuration data analysis and testing of DRG rate sheets. Tracked facility orders and maintained change orders on the development of new calculation and pricing enhancement. I also provided written instruction guidelines and training for operation departments. • Assist in NetworX/Facets Standalone Change Pack Environment Certification and regression testing. Reviewed the Change Pack Summaries for future releases and provide NetworX/Facets testing for the enhancement and defects. I researched and report any discrepancies or enhancements that did not meet testing scripts. Provided status and updates to version control department maintained schedule to meet scheduled release dates.
