In this role, I managed and directed the entire project lifecycle, from concept ideation to artwork creation (mainly using Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma), and the development of systems for various team members, to executing diverse graphics for branding and marketing purposes across online and offline channels.

As the pioneer and sole full-time employee for the company, I was tasked to do a plethora of work scopes, ranging from identity graphics to interior design. During my term, the company ran a small amount of manpower thus I was able to handle a variety of assignments ranging from mostly commercial works to some residential projects. This led to a vast opportunity of learning experiences, and they include: - Understanding of clients' briefs and needs, such as the requirements, pain points, preferences, and budgeting- Sensitivity to design trends and the latest resources- Developing and Executing of Communication Graphics works for Shopping Mall- Overseeing the whole project from concept development to user planning, careful selection of materials, and submitting construction drawings sets- Managing and Liaising with suppliers- Building Management Design Guidelines branding and curation- Reviewing tenants' drawings submission
