Wharton and Columbia professors, presented to a panel of NYSE executives on the topic of "How can the NYSE distinguish itself to corporations for listing and investors to instill confidence in the capital markets and the NYSE system of trading" and presented to a panel of Cisco executives on innovative ideas for new technology. I have put through 100 students in four years and have given them classes on trading, economics, ethics, listings standards and held seminar classes on "The Inequality Gap" and how can we fix it. In 2013 the NYSE asked to include their own interns in my program. College students from Wright State, Denison, Fordham, Marist. Students from Poly Prep admitted to Yale, Williams, Amherst, Bowdoin, Colby, Lafayette, U Penn and many other schools have attended the program.

To do that I interacted with board members both industry and independent, New York Stock Exchange management and clients, members of the New York Stock Exchange Trading Floor Community, the Security and Exchange Commission ( SEC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), numerous Congressmen and women and their staff, Senators and their staff, legal professionals, United States treasury department management, CEO's and treasury officials of listed companies to develop Exchange policy, to help create a hybrid market environment and to update rules and policies pertaining to technology and information processing, to resolve corporate and member regulatory issues as one of only two floor members of the Regulatory and Listing Standards Committee, a sub committee of the Board of Directors.
