( 2013 partnered with Cisco System and NYSE ) This program was meant to give high school students a meaningful corporate work experience during their high school years. They were given corporate etiquette, real projects, attended both strategy and sales meetings, had guest lecturers ranging from large corporate CEO's to personal finance experts. Wharton and Columbia professors, presented to a panel of NYSE executives on the topic of "How can the NYSE distinguish itself to corporations for listing and investors to instill confidence in the capital markets and the NYSE system of trading" and presented to a panel of Cisco executives on innovative ideas for new technology. I have put through 100 students in four years and have given them classes on trading, economics, ethics, listings standards and held seminar classes on "The Inequality Gap" and how can we fix it. In 2013 the NYSE asked to include their own interns in my program. College students from Wright State, Denison, Fordham, Marist. Students from Poly Prep admitted to Yale, Williams, Amherst, Bowdoin, Colby, Lafayette, U Penn and many other schools have attended the program.

Founded by Doreen Mogavero, as Doreen Mogavero Inc. in 1989, Mogavero Lee developed into a leading provider of NYSE floor order execution for money managers both large and small, public corporations and state treasury departments.

Responsible for overseeing day to day management of a New York Stock Exchange member firm. This includes reviewing all trading activities, financial compliance, relationship management, daily communication with clearing agent, accounting services, daily written and oral communication with regulators and clients regarding trading, best execution and general satisfaction with staff and department supervisors.

In 2003 I was the first woman member in the history of the New York Stock Exchange, from the trading floor, to be appointed to a board position. As a member of the industry side of the Board of Directors , known as the Board of Executives, our mission was to position the largest market in the world so that it would provide a transparent, stable and consistent environment for investors both large and small around the world. Maintaining a market of the highest integrity as we converted it from a manual market to one that included high speed technology. Our job was to take the best of the manual market and combine it with what we knew to be the of the best attributes of the electronic market and create a combination of the two to serve the investing public. To do that I interacted with board members both industry and independent, New York Stock Exchange management and clients, members of the New York Stock Exchange Trading Floor Community, the Security and Exchange Commission ( SEC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), numerous Congressmen and women and their staff, Senators and their staff, legal professionals, United States treasury department management, CEO's and treasury officials of listed companies to develop Exchange policy, to help create a hybrid market environment and to update rules and policies pertaining to technology and information processing, to resolve corporate and member regulatory issues as one of only two floor members of the Regulatory and Listing Standards Committee, a sub committee of the Board of Directors.

As a member of the New York Stock Exchange Board of Executives I was also a voting member of the New York Stock Exchange Foundation " a private philanthropic foundation established by the New York Stock Exchange in 1983. It directs its philanthropic resources to innovative and effective organizations, programs, and projects that meet community needs within it priority areas of funding: Financial Literacy Education, Developing Economic Opportunity, and Entrepreneurship. It seeks to address the needs of communities in all areas of the globe where NYSE Euronext maintains a business presence and funds both new and proven charitable endeavors that confer a broad public benefit."

Ivan F. Boesky and Co. specialized in risk arbitrage, options and futures trading. I worked directly with Mr. Boesky and head of trading on all trading positions in my area. 1975-1977- American Stock Exchange Clerk responsible for coordinating order execution with brokers, speaking to trading desk keeping them up on market changes, maintaining information flow and updating market conditions regarding all positions in both listed equities and options. Reconciling all option positions daily. Record keeping by maintaining trade blotters and question trades. Working directly with the back office to reconcile trades and keep dailly track of positions. 1977-1979- Prepared for membership on the New York Futures Exchange by taking an passing all related tests in currency, bonds and bills. Worked on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade as a runner/clerk in the T-bill pit for Conti Commodities supervised by Rick Sanders, father of the futures contract.1979 -1980 Member on the New York Futures Exchange, owned by the New York Stock Exchange. Worked with trading desk to off set or hedge major positions in equities and risk arb deals with bonds, bills and currencies. 1980- 1987: Member of the New York Stock Exchange. Specialized in the execution of orders in risk arbitrage deals. Became proficient in convertible arb, risk art, stock swaps and conversions.
