Current• To meet and provide medical assistance to employees courteously and effectively by giving a warm welcome and exceed their expectation• To provide quality and efficient primary health care and first aid treatment to employees who are sick or injured at workplace• Conducting Vital Sign (Blood Pressure check, Pulse Rate check, Respiratory Rate check and Temperature taking) assessment for sick employees • Responsible for renewal, monitoring, addition and deletion of medical and life insurance scheme.• To ensure that employees received their health card on time• To create, update and submit monthly reports on employee’s health issues to Human Resources Manager• To create and regularly update standard operating procedures for health and welfare related matters• To assists employees in medical and health related issues.
