As the Director of Processing my responsibilities began with welcoming all our new clients to our facility, interviewing the clients, scheduling the clients and other family members with various members of our team and ensuring full and detailed write-ups were done by the staff after each daily visit. I worked daily with the Case Supervisor to ensure everything was moving smoothly and standardly. I worked with the parents to ensure they knew exactly what was happening each day and answered any questions they had. I worked with the counselors to ensure they always had everything they needed to do their jobs. As the company expanded I also worked to find new people who'd be great assets. I did the interviews, hiring and got them grooved in and started.

I owned and ran an art studio. I first began sculpting when I was 12 years old. I took art classes when I lived in New York and continued through college. When I moved to Florida I began working as an artist at an international jewelry company that specialized in hand made clay-sculpted jewelry. I was promoted to Qualifications Director for the company overseeing all the artist's work, teaching and helping the other artists improve their craft and directing quality control. Eventually it became time for me to branch out into my own business and I opened Green Willow Studio where I successfully sold my clay work to many fine boutiques and art galleries throughout the United States. My responsibilities included tutoring students from K-12 on all subjects. I absolutely love helping children gain understand, watch them brighten up and become really interested in what they were learning. Along with my personal tutoring responsibilities I set up and ran a tutoring department that consisted of the upper class students from 11th and 12th grades tutoring lower class students from K-10 on any subject they needed help with. I taught the upper class students how to tutor so that the person they were helping would really win in his studies. This was a project that I introduced, developed and ran in the school and it was quite successful. I also administered and graded all the final exams for the school.
