While supporting multiple research development activities requiring time-sensitive samples for cancer drug approval, I took the initiative to learn CD16 genotyping. The result being that I could then identify eligible donor types, allowing BioPharma to fulfill 30% more requests for certain rare samples.

- Used venipuncture, skin puncture to collect blood samples, perform urinalysis, CBC and other specimen processing to provide a clinic of three doctors with dozens of samples per day.- Acted as medical assistant as needed- Distributed reports to doctors and liaison functions between pharmacy and patients.

As the sole technician for the radiation clinic, I performed venipuncture, skin puncture, Port-a-Cath and Groshung for patients.I also processed specimens for in house testing and reference labs including CBC, ESR, bleeding time and other critical functions.
