With a deep understanding of pathogenesis and disease mechanisms, I have successfully identified and solved complex problems in areas ranging from diseases to equity, higher education to public health, cross-functional collaboration, and risk management.As an entrepreneur and vision architect, I work with clients such as Atrium Health, helping leaders design and implement their vision to make a global impact. My holistic perspective allows me to develop innovative solutions and drive impactful outcomes in diverse settings, from healthcare and education to public health and health equity.In my leadership roles as a Division Head and Dean in Higher Education, I have applied my skills to analyze and address challenges at their root cause. Whether developing strategies to combat diseases, promoting equity in healthcare and education, designing effective curriculums, or implementing risk management protocols, I approach each situation with a critical lens. My ability to navigate complex problems and drive results stems from my foundation in biomedical sciences and my passion for making a meaningful difference.I have a track record of success, including seven publications, over 300 presentations or speaking engagements, mentoring approximately 210 individuals, and developing over ten curriculums and 20 programs.
