As an attorney in the real estate department, I oversee the biggest residential real estate practice in Western New York, and as the principle title insurance attorney I personally examine and issue over 1,000 titles each year—well over 10,000 in my career.Having processed such a large volume of deals over the years has allowed me to develop streamlined digital processes to enable highly efficient examination and issuing of titles. Whether they are purchasers or banks, they are fully protected against adverse title claims that may arise as a consequence of their purchase or financing of a particular piece of real property. In addition to the above, I assist other departments in the firm with regards to bankruptcy matters, evictions and collections. I appear extensively in Supreme, County, City and Local Courts, including Small Claims Courts in various jurisdictions, relative to collection matters, civil motions, contract disputes, foreclosures and evictions.I am a retired softball player and a huge hockey fan. I also have an extensive collection of Snoopy memorabilia and a spoiled cat.
