A skilled dealmaker, she has closed more than 300 transactions since 2005, and has represented business owners on the sale of their companies in multitude of industries including: B2B Services, Heavy Construction, Healthcare, Franchising/Licensors, Manufacturing, Specialty Distribution and Technology. Before acquiring Sunbelt Atlanta in 2015, she worked with an international M&A Firm/Investment Bank.
