Responsible for promoting the company’s Solution (Performance, Usability and Testing Services) services to current or prospective clients with a view to securing sales within a specific territory. Also responsible for providing input into the company’s Recruitment and Marketing activities.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES•Meet margin targets as defined•Definition and Execution of Solution Sales Business Plan for defined Territory. •Responsible for developing new contacts in a defined Territory.•Responsible for sourcing and securing Solution Sales (Performance, Usability and Managed Services) clients in a defined territory.•Responsible for maintaining contact with existing clients in a defined territory.•Research and develop leads and contacts in targeted industries or geographic targeted areas•Record sales and marketing metrics using Salesforce•Maintain client records, including information on all communication with clients•Detailed knowledge of Access Testing’s Test Policy and associated methodologies•Professional proposal writing to ensure proposals address clients needs and expectations•Manage and assist as required the response to tender documents•Submit proposals and quotes to clients in conjunction with delivery staff •Track current projects and liaise with clients and delivery staff as required•Develop focused sales campaigns targeted to a specific vertical•Maintain forecast reporting in line with sales targets•Meet individual sales targets•Provide management with reports as required.•Provide clients with solutions to their requirements.•Actively works to and promotes Access Testing’s Corporate Values and Testing Methodologies•Manage and mentor Service Delivery Manager•Works closely with delivery staff to ensure clients needs are met•Develops and owns personal achievement of objectives defined in Capabilities, Activities and Results (CAR’s)
