Working over 10 years in multinational corporate environment I understood how teams become effective working together towards a meaningful goal. Co-creating the team's vision and strategy, we manage to reach the growth mindset momentum and most of our targets. This state of mind becomes the most rewarding activity for myself.Past corporate activities as employee includes: finance reporting, product training, product launches, development of new distribution channels for IT industry, market research, marketing campaigns, PR events, LeanSixSigma projects selection and sponsoring, business coaching for distribution partners, in international environment (Europe, United States, Asia, Latin America).As an entrepreneur and consultant, I values a lot people’s common sense and the ingredients that should not be missing in any business: passion and humor.Starting Nov 2006, I was delivering at the beginning sales and finance programs for Ascendis’ clients and follow international certification programs in order to enlarge my area of expertise and to be entitled to sustain more complex programs like LeanSixSigma, Project Management, Strategic Business Simulations. Big clients requires dedicated certified trainers for internal development programs like Leadership, Transformational Change, Process Improvement & Digital Mindset (just to mention some). After Train-The-Trainers courses and Certification in their country (Rome for Enel, Paris for Engie and Renault, and so on) I was leading the delivery of those training sessions in more international environment (Bulgaria, Serbia, Moldova, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Portugal, Italy, Spain). As part of Ascendis team I prepare and deliver personalized development programs for various customers in local direct markets and with strategic partners in Europe.
