As a claims assessor I assessed claims for Income Protection (IP), Terminal Illness Benefit (TIB) and Total and Permanent Disability (TPD). This meant assessing eligibility criteria, managing claims for ongoing payment benefits as well as engaging rehabilitation services to assist the members with their health goals.
