As a Lecturer in Educational Administration and Leadership at Tel Aviv University's School of Education, I am passionate about advancing the understanding of well-being and emotional challenges faced by educational leaders and teachers. My research delves into the complex emotional landscape within educational environments, focusing on factors that influence resilience—whether by strengthening or weakening it.My work explores a wide range of emotional dimensions, including loneliness, frustration, stress, courage, and the pursuit of self-fulfillment. Through these investigations, I aim to provide comprehensive insights that can inform policies, practices, and support systems.
