I'm a teacher and several years ago, I realized that my students needed more physical activity throughout the day. I looked around for a fitness program that we could do right in the classroom and couldn’t find anything. I decided to create my own: a fitness program for kids that I would want to play in my own classroom everyday for a quick physical activity break.Four years later, I created Classroom Fitness, or C-Fit for short. C-Fit is a children’s fitness program consisting of three DVDs or three apps for the iPad or iPhone. Each app contains four videos that run approximately ten minutes each. They are: C-Fit Yoga, C-Fit Dance and C-Fit Cross-Training. Each DVD also contains four videos plus two bonus vidoes, one from each of the other programs.
