I also train and mentor other trainers, using the Train the Trainer approach, to ensure consistent and high-quality training standards across the organization. With over five years of experience in the training field, I have successfully managed and executed multiple training projects for various clients and industries, including healthcare, insurance, and retail. I am passionate about creating a culture of learning and development that fosters growth, innovation, and excellence.
