The Nurse Manager provides leadership, direction and coordination of all nursing personnel. The NM represents the Hospital to local and state licensing mental health regulatory agencies and Joint Commission with regard to regulation and standards.This responsibility includes establishing goals and objectives that provides for quality nursing care. The NM is also responsible for preparing and justifying annual budgets for FTEs, salaries and expenses.

Triage Nurse at Health Services. Assessing the needs of ill students, treating as per protocols established by the Medical Director as well as utilizing the on call providers for back up care.
