Proposal preparation for the project management organization (PMO) scope of offshore wind farms; from storage at the factory until taking-over of the turbine offshore, mainly EU and APAC.- Responsible to gather all necessary assumptions to prepare a planning and costing while ensuring executability of a tender- Identify and track opportunities with the tender engineers to improve costing and/or planning to ultimately win deals- Accountable for the provided costing and schedule during internal validation gates of the proposal- Leading discussions with Clients on project execution during tendering- Respond to all technical queries of the Employer related to PMO- Supporting the development of costing tools
