Putting together estimates from start to finish for projects ranging up to $7,000,000.00, doing mechanical takeoff on the Maxwell system software. issuing out specifications, and blueprints to suppliers, and sub-contractors, meeting sub-contractors and suppliers on site visits, to finalize specific scopes of work. attending pre-bid meetings, assisting PM. with purchase orders,and submittals, and when necessary picking up and delivering materials and equip. to the job site.
