Stack:React, Redux, Typescript, Webpack, Jest, Storybook, Eslint, Babel, JSS, Github Action, Material-uiTools:Github, Jira, Confluence, Notion, SlackMy accomplishments over the years: - Migration and optimization of our test pipeline from TravisCI to Github Action for all our front-end repo (3 repositories) and all back-end (2 repositories), resulting in a decrease of CI jobs duration from 12mins to 3mins- Revamped JS bundle strategy using Webpack, decreasing several pages’ loading time- Migrated of 2 front-end repositories into our main repository as monorepo (yarn workspace)- Created and shared presentations with the tech team (Monorepo, Github action...)- Updated our stack (react, jest, webpack, storybook, eslint...) on a daily basis- Developed strategies for future squad features and collaborated with the product manager on the product roadmap- Developed several hundred features on OpenClassroomsWhat I did with the front-end team:- Continuously migrated an old website built in twig to a beautiful spa in react/redux on a daily basis- Migration from LESS to SASS and then JSS over the years.- Revamped our front-end architecture- Put in place code guidelines with eslint, following best practices- Maintained 100% code coverage with our tests- Built a great design system with our product design team- Migrated to typescript for our new components- Improved accessibility- Code review for each pull requestWhat I did with the team over the years:- Arrived just after a 2M raise in 2015, the company raised 6M in 2016 then 60M in 2016 - during which the company grew from ~20 employees to ~200.- Participated in building a high-quality team by recruiting +30 people in the tech team- Scaled-up small tech team (4 back, 2 front, 1 ui) to a bigger team (~40 people)- Implemented a new organization for our tech team (multiple squads of pm, back, front, ui, ux, qa) with a rework of our process that fit our new size
