I received my PhD degree from University of Montpellier, France, in 2012 for my work on a new confinement method for electrically-pumped GaSb-based vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs). From 2013 to 2014 I worked in the Photonics Research Group, Ghent University, Belgium towards the integration of GaSb-based photonic-devices on SOI. I have worked from 2014 to 2018 at C2N as a post-doctoral fellow towards PhC-based III-V amplifiers and PhC-based nanolasers integration on SOI and applications. From 2018 to 2022 I was working at Almae technologies as a Project and Research engineer on the development of III-V Electro-absorption Modulator integrated Lasers (EMLs) for 50/100G applications.I am currently working with InSpek towards the development of on-chip chemical sensors based on Raman-spectroscopy. I have a Micro-electronics, Electronics, Physics and Applied Physics background and solid knowledge on III-V electronic and optical device conception, fabrication and characterization.
