With 20 years in precast industry I have extensive experience with concrete standard products, hollowcore, bridge/box girders, deck slabs, parkades and concrete pipe. I also have a very strong background with stressing and quality control. Starting on the floor as a laborer and working my way up has given me great appreciation for all aspects of precast. Having a great team, planning ahead with all party's and always willing to learn are keys to success. Failing to plan, is planning to fail.
