I am a seasoned professional with over 20 years’ experience across the architectural and design industry. As a BIM Manager I have been responsible for the implementation and management of Building Information Modelling systems, which includes development, deployment and ongoing improvements of the Revit system.I have adopted the use of data analytics to capture and create dashboards to perform audits with the intention to improve project performance and office workflowsI actively seek out and immerse business workflows to best utilise developing technologies such as 3D printing, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality software and hardware. Working alongside all areas of the business I strive to ensure the standard of the documentation process is handled seamlessly and consistently across internal divisions, whilst enabling accurate and efficient delivery for all offices nationwide.My passion extends to training and development of team members throughout the business, which ensures the wider team are up skilled and ready to embrace new initiatives and challenges within the industry
