As Chief of Staff to the CIO, I shape, staff, and run internal operations within Radisson Global IT, ensuring the effective usage of IT resources and the achievement of objectives in line with the IT strategy.- Founding role in the build-up of the new Global IT organization from a blank page, ramping up from 20 to 100 collaborators in a record 8 months, steering top-notch consulting firms (EY, Deloitte) and setting-up cost-effective support models on the long run (on- and off-shore).- Strategy: run the CIO Office to align the organization with the IT Strategy, craft executive material towards Radisson ExCom, drive the yearly strategy review with IT Leadership.- Finance: Responsible for the yearly global IT budget exercise and quarterly forecasts, driver of significant cost savings and structuring of deferrals, custodian of business case relevance.- Human Capital Management: enable talent growth and fair reward through the creation of a job architecture and a dual career path (technical vs managerial), start build up the “IT Academy” to accelerate the alignment on culture and practices among IT staff, coordinate compensation management practice with HR. - Risk Management: IT Risks identification and assessment (with Deloitte), ensure response plans are developed and maintained for most critical risks, create a healthy "risk culture" through training.- Procure-to-Pay: Support and continuously improve the procure-to-pay process in the absence of an end-to-end platform, foster transparency and visibility of P2P data towards the IT Leadership.

In direct report to the Group CIO, provided leadership over corporate strategy to steer enhanced regulatory compliance, risk management, talent development, and global project management. Acted as crisis coordinator during a worldwide cybersecurity crisis putting the company survival at stake.
