I am the founder and editor-in-chief of Antler Velvet, an international online arts and literary journal dedicated to publishing the work of emerging creatives. I manage a small 14-person team of editors and creatives, with staff based both domestically and interationally. Antler Velvet publishes full-length magazines quarterly, featuring the work of local and international creators.

My primary responsibilities included conducting comprehensive literature reviews, where I gathered relevant information and identified gaps in existing research. In my role as a private tutor, I primarily assisted Year 12 students with the Literature ATAR examinations, but I have also supported tertiary students in Political Science, Law and Philosophy of Logic.

Through the McCusker Centre for Citizenship, I undertook a research internship at Telethon Kids Institute, supervised by Joelie Mandzufas. As part of the Tiktok analyst team, I collected, organised and analysed qualitative data - using software such as REDCap and Microsoft Excel. I was tasked with calculating inter-rater reliability measures such as Cohen’s Kappa and the construction of a descriptive data table. I also collaborated on a manuscript, summarising the data in the results section and conducting literature reviews on the topics of research interest.

I self-manage a Redbubble store where I sell prints and merchandise of original artworks, patterns and fanart. I regularly research my target market to tailor my design offerings and promote myself through social media outlets.
