Addison Group is a firm that is best known for their unique residential and pool projects, designed for clients in areas south of Nashville, such as Franklin, Brentwood, The Grove, Troubadour, and more. During my time here, I was hired on as a project manager. With this role, I met and communicated with clients, from the start of the project until its finish. I worked on projects from the conceptual stages to the final Construction Documents stage. I completed other tasks such as Site & Grading Plans, as well as Landscape Plans, for houses in the communities listed above. Graphically, I've created many different exhibits using the Adobe Premiere Suite products, as well as 3D models, using VIP3D Studio, SketchUp, and Lumion. I have also gained more experience in social media management, amplifying social media presence by implementing strategic initiatives, leading to an increase of 116% in engagement and 54% growth in followers. I regularly reported social brand awareness and audience engagement tointernal stakeholders, providing valuable insights for decision-making, and strategically planned and executed engaging social media posts and advertising campaigns, utilizing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Lightroom, and scheduling software.

HDLA is a successful landscape architecture firm located near Downtown Nashville. Their scope of work ranges from Parks & Rec, to multi-family and amenity landscape design, to campus design, and much more. During my time here, I was able to further hone my skills in programs like the Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, LandFX, and AutoCAD. I learned a great deal about the finer details that go into each feature within a site, the products being chosen and used, and the way they work functionally and aesthetically. I was also allowed the opportunity to communicate directly with clients and the people involved in the overall project team (Architects, Civil Engineers, Contractors, etc.), taking on more responsibilities than I have in my previous jobs. I also managed the company's social media pages and revitalized social media channels, resulting in a 47% increase in engagement and followers.

DPR Associates, Inc. was the first professional job I acquired after college. Our company covers a wide scope of work for design, ranging from 300+ lot subdivisions - storm drainage and BMP design included - to the design of commercial parks, as well as residential entry monuments and amenity areas. I have been exposed to all of these areas of design since working here. I've also gained a great number of skills, such as: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Suite Programs, SketchUP, Lumion 3D Rendering, and LandFX, and hand color rendering.

The Neighborhood Design Center is a non-profit organization that designs concepts for the client, with an attempt to receive funding from the City of Columbus to move the projects forward. With this position, I gained experience in direct client relations and city meetings, project management, presentation, design, and on-site visits.
