and it’s about how we interpret it. I want to make work that lasts, work that isn’t considered disposable. I do this by working with the right people, analysing trends, predicting their trajectory and by telling great stories with a strong rationale at its heart. I’m a hands-on multi disciplined creative design lead with 20 years industry experience working directly with brands in-house and agency side. I believe in conceptually driven, well crafted, creative ideas and I enjoy the process of realising those ideas. My experience lies in channel branding, design for commercial TV, advertising and promotions, motion design and film, as well as having a breadth of knowledge in corporate branding, print and typography. I build strong relationships with clients and I have extensive experience in managing creative teams. In my career I have worked on a wide range of projects domestically and internationally. I work collaboratively to achieve a unified attitude and work ethos with an incredibly high quality threshold at the heart of it. What I have been able to do in the past is not only motivate teams and achieve a high standard of work, but also implement work-flow process that not only respects the client, but also safeguards its employees. I am always looking for new ways to raise the quality level of the work. Whether that’s from a technical point of view or a practical one. My hands on approach means I continually develop new skills and stay up to date with developing techniques and trends. My background means I know how to unify, motivate and create a nurturing culture within teams and still push the quality of the work and including the client in the process.
