- Managed a yearly $100,000 budget for all alumni career support initiatives, programs, and marketing- Developed engagement strategy targeting OHIO’s 280,000+ alumni to partake in the Bobcat Network’s resources including a marketing plan, monthly digest (with open rates up to 61%), and network volunteer training. Results: over 50 weekly sign-ups and continued engagement in the platform - Led transition of the Bobcat Network from original PeopleGrove software to the selected Graduway software post-RFP process; provided training to donor officers and campus partners and monthly information sessions to all constituents; kept data integrations up to date- Created and executed the first strategic plan for lifelong career support for Ohio University’s Alumni Association. Implementation included 15 annual virtual programs and events with an average of 64 net promoter scores in FY21 and a new alumni job board with 6,000+ posts for alumni. Results: Contributed to an overall alumni engagement increase from 5.1% to 12.4% in FY21 and up to 21.4% in FY22- Collaborated with campus partners to provide education about alumni association resources and increase intentional alumni and student engagement- Chaired four search committees within the division and served as a diversity representative on four additional committees resulting in hiring four full-time staff members and four student staff members- Hired, supervised, and provided oversight of one full-time staff who managed mentorship programming on the Bobcat Network including career design and curriculum development- Wrote and produced content over three years for over 24 marketing campaigns. Results: over 5,500 event sign-up conversions and over 7,700 platform profiles created

Results: engaged 230 student attendees and 18 alumni panelists- Directed professional development and diversity workshops like BaFa’ BaFa’ – a cultural awareness and diversity simulation – for university constituents- Aided and executed two networking trips to Columbus, Ohio with 97 students and 8 alumni employers from the hospitality and retail industries- Conducted 326 career and leadership coaching appointments with students and alumni around their chosen career field, goals, and aspirations utilizing Brain-Based Career Development (BBCD) theory best practices and the Handshake software system- Trained and supervised one to five student staff members annually who oversaw the daily functions of the Career Closet. Results: 651 student appointments and collaborated on a stewardship execution plan for alumni who donated to the project- Developed and implemented the innovative Bobcat Mentorship Network (BMN); an institutional-level platform where students, especially those of diverse or minoritized backgrounds, could develop mentoring relationships with OHIO alumni. Results: nearly 3,000 newly engaged alumni and 1,300 engaged students in the first year of launch- Led early engagement committee with members from across Advancement and Ohio University Alumni Association (OUAA) advisory board to develop strategic pathway as a part of the overall OUAA strategic plan

- Led staff planning, supervision, and execution for all major events hosted by the CLDC including six career fairs with 300 to 1,000+ students and 25-110 employers at each event: producing $80,000 in revenue annually - Facilitated one-on-one and small group career coaching appointments weekly with 20+ students - Conducted 12 weekly mock interview sessions with over 200 per semester - Critiqued and reviewed 500 resumes per semester using Bobcat CareerLink, CLDC Symplicity data system - Facilitated weekly instruction of CAS 1130 for a class of 17 students in addition to aiding students outside of the set weekly class time as needed
