Rijnbrink advises and supports libraries and other cultural, educational and social organisations. The D&I team within Rijnbrink provides services to libraries in Gelderland and Overijssel (about 50 library foundations) which are organized in provincial networks. In addition, the team supports more than 200 schools (primary and secondary education) and various cultural institutions. Services are also provided internally to Rijnbrink (approx. 180 employees).

Across all markets, our customers have access to our B2B-ecommerce platform the Partner Portal. Within my role I make sure we offer the best possible experience to our customers. This includes a wide variety of existing functionality, while also making sure we keep improving and creating new functions. The Knowledge Center for Housing and Care supports professionals at care organizations and housing corporations in the development of new residential care concepts.As a replacement for maternity leave, I fulfilled the role of web editor. I was involved in content management, SEO, web statistics and direct mail.

As a communications advisor, I have focused, among other things, on social media policy, a trade fair concept and various printing processes. I also contributed to the implementation of Psygis Quarant throughout the organization. I finished my work at Eleos in the care administration department, where my flexibility and problem-tracing skills came in handy.

I advise board and management on various communication topics, such as social media policy, communication vision, communication strategy and the translation of that into concrete plans. My writing talent is used for annual reports, reports and newsletters. In addition to projects arising from the vision and strategy, I also do executive activities, mainly website management and design.

The focus of my internship was research into communication within and around the implementation of the OKE Act (Development Opportunities through Quality and Education). This is where my fascination for the way in which government, policy and practice are related started.

As a temporary substitute I gave Dutch lessons to a seventh grade.
