I’m a Complexity & Depth Coach and Founder of Dori Klass & Associates, a coaching and self-leadership consultancy. I focus on helping leaders to put relationships first, beginning with the one with themselves, so that they can restore the connection to their essential selves, show up as they intend, and let it all - life and work - be easier. I don't believe that inspired self-leadership can be learned in a classroom, a weekend workshop or through books alone, nor do I trust that we can do this work on our own. Rather, I believe we need each other to come from wholeness and become the engaged, self-aware and impactful leaders we are, who can serve as the effective and empowered role models we all aspire to be. As a 20+ year veteran of Corporate America, professionally trained and certified coach, and 20+ year entrepreneur, I've served more than 1,500 clients, working with leaders at every level within an organization.
