As Operations Coordinator at ProsperUs Detroit, I lead survey-based research initiatives using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to align our services with the needs of local communities. In this role, I spearheaded the development and implementation of a Language Assistance Plan that ensures non-English speakers in Michigan have access to vital resources. This led to my co-chairing the Language Justice group, where I advocate for the economic, health, and educational needs of vulnerable communities.I also manage multiple cross-functional projects, coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables from initiation to completion. My work includes implementing tools like JIRA and Trello, which have improved project tracking and streamlined communication among teams. Furthermore, I developed a new financial management process that resolved operational gaps, ensuring smooth monthly payments across the organization. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and community leaders has been integral to the success of my projects.
