About Dori Miller
I am a senior human centred design practioner and leader with a passion for teaching design thinking so teams can better understand users’ needs and deliver positive, memorable customer experiences.Drawing on my experience as a consultant and an in-house designer and manager, I led the successful development of a large-scale HCD capability program to empower people with collaborative design methods they can use every day. I enjoy coaching people to focus on human problems as a way to approach innovation or solve business challenges. This human connection inspires people's imagination and creativity, improves employee motivation, and can drive culture change.
