precommissiong activiti for electrical equipments: punch lists;check of lighting sistems;-precommissiong activiti for instrumental equipments:punch lists installing instrumentation equipment ;- installing glands in substation for electrical and instrumentation cables;- pulling and dressing cables for power and control ;- checks and fixes for routes and instrumentation cables ;- pulled and connected hardwire for PAGA system (communication);- installing , connection and checking smoke detector by stations and substations;- performing precommissioning tests on the lighting circuits priority to energizing ;- performing precommissioning tests on electrical equipments (power transformers, electrical heaters, air circuit breakers electrical distribution panels);- testing of Heat tracing circuits and Distribution boards;- installation of heat tracing( Tyco ), conection JB' s and TDB' s;- pulling and dressing cables heat tracing ;- installing glands in JB's and Marshalling pannel;- conecction cables heat tracing in JB's and Marshalling pannel;- make and fixed AND-SEAL;- installation of lighting circuits ;- flood light fixtures, cable connections glands and make cable tray;- conecction cables power at JB's and lighting ;- make suports for lighting ;- perforing run tests for LV motors and record results ;- installation of earthing systems (safety earthing , clean earthing and intrinsically safe earthing: earthing cables and electrodes installation , exothermic weld conections , conections to structure and equipments ).
