Financial Strategy : Responsible for develope and execute the financial strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. - Working with the CEO and leadership team to drive company strategy and financial goals.- Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual FP&A process and reporting for the board of directors.- Overseeing financial transactions volume over $120M annually through developing & maintaining complex financial and decision-making models.- Creating internal controls in financial and operational aspects, determining the financial effectiveness, and implementing the board decisions.- Work closely with all of the company's stakeholders (R&D , product, HR, legal ) and help them to manage and implement internal controls ensuring compliance with rules & regulations - Planned dashboards to track KPI's and monitor business performance (provide management with insights with revenues and expenses, as well as risks and opportunities )
