The purpose of the Masters Leadership Program is to educate, inform and expose class members to the numerous governmental and business sectors impacting San Antonio and Bexar County. The 12 all-day sessions focus on a different aspect of the community with on-site visits, presentations, panel discussions and field trips. Sessions are planned and hosted by the MLP board of directors. Where the most prominent experts in a field share their experience and views with class members in a candid and conversational forum, class participants views are expanded and opportunities for volunteer service surface.
