Dr. Rolle is a skilled management consultant with experience in strategy planning, leadership development, organization transformation, diversity, equity and inclusion education, and training and development. Career highlights include college and university teaching, founding two management consulting firms and a nonprofit organization, textbook author, experienced researcher, expert facilitator and proven leader. Dr. Rolle has held positions with various organizations in the academic, business, government and nonprofit arenas. She developed curriculum for, and teaches diversity, equity and inclusion in the Executive Education Program at the UTSA Center for Professional Excellence. Dr. Rolle is also a certified executive coach and diversity, equity and inclusion professional. She is the editor of Martyrs for the Movement: Black Bodies, Civil Rights and #BlackLivesMatter, published in 2020.In addition to consulting and training, she is a motivational speaker to corporations, nonprofits, women’s groups, and on college campuses. She inspires her audiences to set high goals and to reach for excellence. Dr. Rolle is a skilled group facilitator, known for her ability to help leaders synthesize visions and goals for their organizations. She is a graduate of several leadership programs and has also founded and developed leadership programs and evaluated other programs using her research-based three-factor method of evaluation. In addition, through her company, Rolle and Associates, LLC, she is responsible for hundreds of 501(c)(3) nonprofit startups and educated thousands of individuals on how to start and operate their own nonprofit organizations. Dr. Rolle has held several board leadership positions and was appointed to the Affirmative Action Advisory Committee for the City of San Antonio, the Small Business Advisory Board and served on the Community Advisory Board of Texas Public Radio. She volunteers her time and skills in a diverse range of interests including international efforts in Mexico, Tanzania, Japan, South Africa and Israel. She is a strong advocate for diversity, equality and inclusion and does not teach tolerance, but rather respect, acceptance and appreciation of the rich diversity of the world's cultures, people and all forms of human expression.
