• HR duties –New hires and terminations, new employee set up in software systems, employee mail outs, COVID employee EPSL tracking and follow-up• FedEX mailings for locations• Supply inventory and ordering • Weekly portal matching reports to track unpaid invoices for each field office, matching and comparing our repots with different customer portal reports • Weekly sales call for each region sales team• Monthly production call for sales teams in all regions • Handling MSA contact between Liberty Lift, customers, and legal department • Created quotes for pumping unit sales: gathered cost, freight, shipping, accessories, and set job pricing to create the formal quotes; both domestic and international• Orders for completed quotes - Created tickets for each field office, compared and confirmed final field tickets before invoicing. • Tracking Bill and Hold orders for customers and the Accounting department • ADP, Salesforce, Syteline, Adobe, Excel

• Assist in running classes for ages 2 through Adults• Advertising and marketing for classes and events• In-house inventory and ordering
