With over 8 years of experience in software development and project management, I am passionate about creating innovative solutions that enhance the lives of others. My field of expertise is ERP development, where I have used my skills in C++, QT, and SQL to design and implement a system for FIT Additive Manufacturing Group, a leading company in the industry. Currently, I am the Project Manager for the AnimaSchool project at Asociatia Ideagora, a non-profit organization that teaches children how to create video animations. I am motivated by the mission of Asociatia Ideagora, which is to inspire and empower young people through education and art. I value collaboration, creativity, and diversity, and I strive to bring these qualities to my work and team.As the Project Manager for the AnimaSchool project, I am responsible for overseeing the development and execution of a program that teaches children how to create video animations. From goal-setting to project completion, my main focus is on planning and coordination, ensuring that the project stays on track and that all necessary resources are estimated and allocated appropriately. In addition to managing budgets and timelines, I work closely with the children to ensure that they are getting the most out of the program and that their needs are being met. I also use my software development skills to support the technical aspects of the project, such as troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues. Through this project, I have developed strong skills in problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication.
