The position was located within the Office of Program Support (OPS), under the Assistant Director, International Affairs, (AD-IA). The Office of Program Support provides leadership and guidance in the areas of budget formulation, budget execution, developing performance goals and measures, and IT management. The Office also provides support services for all administrative matters, including personnel actions, contract management, foreign, domestic and invitational travel, management control reviews, property management, GAO reviews, and other administrative matters to enable to the organization’s achievement of performance of goals and objectives. I am currently the primary Property Custodial Officer and Receiving Official along with being the subject matter expert on personal property management and procedures. I provide our office with the technical expertise on reporting, data, and the inventory systems related to personal property management. Create acquisition requests for disposal of property for 100 people in our Division along with maintaining accurate information in our database. Ensuring all property is accounted for and the processes are in place for accountability and maintaining compliance with Federal Regulations and FWS Property. Enter, track and retrieve property as well as maintaining files of all property as well as running property queries in Financial and Business Management System (FBMS). I currently serve as the lead expert on all travel, serves as the auditor on all travel vouchers when requested by administrative assistants.
