I am a product manager with a background in design, and I have consistently applied a user-centered design approach to product planning. Improving user pain points and optimizing the user experience has always been a goal of mine. Transitioning from a designer to a product manager has allowed me to gain a more comprehensive understanding of products and engage in holistic planning. I am no longer limited to just designing processes and screens; I understand how different systems work together and can create specification documents. In addition to having logical and systems knowledge, I can also explain things in a way that is easier to understand.After a new feature is launched, I monitor the data directly. Through Mixpanel's real-time data feedback, I can immediately assess whether adjustments are needed for the new feature or if it meets expectations. I am very familiar with the use of data tracking, and sometimes, I use data observation in reverse to discover areas where the product needs improvement or to simplify the product flow based on user habits.From the beginning, I chose the path of consumer (B2C) products, which have the fastest rate of change. This requires rapid optimization based on market feedback and presents the most direct challenge in terms of product usability. So far, I have felt the transformation and improvement of the app based on market feedback. There's still much work to be done, and I'll continue to diligently drive progress while ensuring the app's quality.
