• Provide valuable analysis on inventory aging, inventory balance and DIO. Communicate with sales to fulfill the sales target based on inventory and delivery.
• Responsible for domestic external warehouse/terminals inventory reconciliation and stock counting process.
• Monitor warehouse daily management & performance assessment to make sure goods are stored in perfect condition and dispatched in FIFO and on-time delivery.

• Work with Information System team and supply chain leader to provide SAP or other software solutions to support business development.
• Leading the best practice operation and sharing of SD, MM, PP modules. Manage material & vendor master data process, handling the data health-check to improve SC team operating efficiency.
• Setup standard operating procedures and responsible for files and documents keeping related to supply chain scope procedures.
• Conduct SOX/TORA training for the whole SC control. Performance quarterly supply chain audit and take action to eliminate all issues.
