• Prospect new Pro business within the store with continuous follow-up to drive additional sales.• Handle ongoing Contractor and Home Depot relationships. Train customers and make recommendations of products / brands, including accurate usage, features, and benefits that are best for the project.• Focus on customer service by ensuring that service standards are maintained and customer issues are quickly and efficiently resolved.• Manage the delivery of products to customer sites. Maintain an understanding of local market operations based on selling habits and customer base to increase sales.• Ensure customer orders meet all specifications. Conduct paint and/or stain color matching and make product recommendations to customers (Dot Cards Maintenance); be the resident Color Matching specialist to ensure color accuracy. Be the point person for Behr Pro Reps and Pro Contractors' needs and inquiries.• Maintain current knowledge of inventory levels, adjust inventory as needed to support ongoing jobs with Home Depot and/or in store rep to make any inventory adjustments.• Expedite the resolution of customer problems/complaints which may include coordination with the Technical Services Team.• Promote sundry items to complement paint products• Collaborate with all appropriate departments (Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Customer Service, etc.) to meet and surpass sales goals and report information.• Ensure paperwork and delivery documents are properly executed, including: handling and maintaining contractor's files, jobs, colors, and projects.• Achieve sales plan with month to month budget review.

•Ensure all service delivered meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)•Monitor and respond to public comments and private messages through various social media platforms in a timely and effective manner and in accordance with BEHR established guidelines.•Respond to online reviews via Behr, KILZ, Home Depot, and other sites.•Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. •Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.•Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Set up, break down, product preparation, and sampling during in-store demonstrations. Generate brand awareness and positive product impressions to increase sales.Assess customers individual usage needs and interests in order to best recommend products.Timely complete of all call reports, paperwork, and on-going personal training by required deadlines.

Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised.Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.Communicate with store leadership to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote product.Estimate consumer demand and determine the types and amounts of goods to be sold.Plan and coordinate sales promotions and prepare merchandise displays.Provide on-the-floor leadership.
