2015.11- 2018.4Internal startup project:0-1 cheese brand building- Brand building and management. Develop a new cheese brand from 0 to 1 including brand positioning, visual Identity, brand story, assets and brand strategy on Food & Service, Retail and E-commerce channels.- Event planning and execution. Independently lead International Cheese Guild Ceremony in French Embassy, New brand launching,Michelin Star Chef Demo, Chef Cocktail,Retail VIP Cheese Classes, Media and KOL Cooking Class.-Digital platform development and management. Independently work with agency to build the first professional cheese website in China.- PR management. Liaise with Traditional media, Social media, KOL,Industry association,Embassy,Chamber of commerce.Award: 2017 Sinodis Great Job Certificate2018.4-2018.11- Work as the project leader to develop brand strategy of an online cheese & In-home baking community and offline Flagship Store planning,which includes consumer insight,concept development,, brand positioning, visual identity and marketing activation plan. - Develop social-commerce model to build the online cheese & In-home baking community in China in the form of Wechat and Mini Program.- Develop digital communication proposals for key brands to drive the traffic. Cooperate with E-Commerce team and be responsible for integrated marketing campaign to uplift the market share of both online and offline.
