Duties & Responsibilities:Assist in all administrative matters & ensure that all operational matters in office is run smoothly.Key responsibility areas :• Assist in daily correspondences and monthly reports of Amara International Hotels & Resorts• Provide administrative and secretarial support, including flight, meeting & accommodation arrangements for business trips and trade events• Coordinate & handle all logistics preparation with both Amara Singapore (Hotel) & Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa (Resort) for new tradeshows / events• Liaise with various internal departments and external parties (eg. Singapore Tourism Board, Sentosa Leisure Group & design house)
