Responsible for the redesign of the software for a number of insurance products after the acquisition of RSA Estonia by PZU Estonia. The main achievement is delivery of multiple time critical projects in a very short timeframe.Responsible for the analysis, implementation and post implementation support of the software system for complex claims handling functionality of Motor third party liability insurance product that is tightly integrated with a motor insurance system that is operated by the Estonian Traffic Insurance Fund.

Responsible for the analysis, implementation and post implementation support of the software system for most of the insurance products both for front and back office. The specifics of the software development methodology used in the company required that the software project manager cooperated very tightly with the internal customers and outsourced development partners from different companies and countries. The project manager was also very closely involved in the systems analysis and testing.
