In my role at Raffa I:- Manage our database of applicants, handling communication and scheduling;- Edit/proofread position profiles and announcements;- Post job postings/advertising for open positions for our nonprofit executive search;- Am the primary onsite manager of our SharePoint site;- Support our senior search consultants;and work as part of an amazing team of professionals who support local and national nonprofits with finding executives who fit, perform and stick.

I served as a project support/administrative consultant for TransitionGuide's/Raffa's search, executive transition management, and sustainability projects. I managed our website; placed all search advertising; maintained the database of current and past applicants for the positions we filled; edited most of the documents we handled; created, edited and analyzed the surveys we conducted; and supported other team members as needed.

Reviewed home-schooled children's work and kept their academic files organized. Responsible for diplomas and transcripts, and ensuring that the children under our umbrella's supervision were being instructed adequately (and every one of them was!).

Worked with the tech team to create sets for homeschool student performances.
