*Production ManagerResponsible for the entire production line, coordinates all related activities and printer. Duties1.Quality control on printing prior to approve before mass production2.Coordinates with printers, packaging, warehouse, despatch, outsource printers3.Ensured production stayed on schedule and within budget4.Align with customer on finished job prior dispatch5.Work with 7 full time printers and packer prior production and time shift arrangement*Production Assistant1.Handling all of incoming email enquiry - stock checking, price quoting, orders, etc.2.Handling all the request such as pricing quote, stock checking from incoming calls and turn that into sales.3.Preparing all of the order confirmation for local and overseas and Promotions Only such as unit price, printing price, freight charge, stock quantity checking etc by using ABM system. Checked and make sure we can make the despatch date4.Assisting designer -Giving instructions to designer on what to follow up next after artwork is done. -On artwork and print area and check with printer to make sure we can print in that certain area and colour. -Customer Enquiry on artwork files – such as file format, suggestions given, etc. -Send or fax through order confirmation and artwork to customer for approval prior to production. -Send through image of pre-production sample for overseas order such as lanyards, wristband, USB, etc to customer for approval.5.Assisting production manager on daily routine such as:-In production of all jobs from design to dispatch-Dairy basics on picking slip, lanyard shipment list-Received artwork approval and put everything together and pass it to productions-Chasing artwork prove for urgent job in order to meet the despatch date-Chasing – call up or email customer to arrange payment before despatch goods
